FIA currently has a staff of over 30 employees. We take pride in our team’s stability and the fact that we have experienced zero turnover at the senior consultant level. Each client is served by a principal of the firm who is ultimately responsible for account servicing, product delivery and the overall relationship. Our research and client analysts provide technical expertise in manager research, performance measurement, and asset allocation modeling. Other members of our staff assist in supporting systems, compliance, marketing and other administrative responsibilities.
