Mike is the Executive Vice President of Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC (FIA). Prior to founding FIA, he was a Senior Vice President and PRIME Consultant at UBS Financial Services Inc. In 2010 Mike made 401kWire’s list of the 40 Most Influential Advisors in Defined Contribution and top 10 Most Influential in the Large Plan category. In 2009 401kWire.com named Mike one of the 300 Most Influential Advisors in the Defined Contribution marketplace. In 2007 Mike was recognized by Institutional Investor Magazine as one of the Top 20 Rising Stars of Retirement Plan Advisors. Mike is frequently quoted in Money Management Letter and Defined Contribution News. Mike is an active member of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and a founding member, Vice President and board member of the Connecticut Public Pension Forum (CPPF). He completed the PlanSponsor Institute’s PlanSponsor Retirement Professional (PRP) program and attained the PRP designation. He is a member of the Watkinson School Board of Directors, where he is a member of the audit committee and chair of the investment committee. He is also on the Board of Overseers and the Investment Committee of The Horace Bushnell Memorial Hall Corporation. Mike received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and a Masters of Business Administration from Babson College.
