Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC seeks highly motivated individuals to join our growing team. Candidates must have demonstrated experience prioritizing and organizing multiple projects simultaneously, be highly motivated and energetic and be able to work with detailed information.

We may have positions available in five general areas:

Consultant
This individual will work closely with senior consultants to support a group of clients. The position entails managing client specific projects such as investment manager searches, investment structure reviews, asset allocation studies, overseeing the performance monitoring process and other ad hoc requests. The position involves meaningful client and investment manager contact. This position requires an individual with a client service orientation, strong written and oral communication skills, an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and a desire to interact with clients and other investment professionals. Four to ten years of experience is preferred and an MBA/CFA and/or prior consulting or investment management experience is preferred. The position has excellent growth potential and provides an opportunity to immediately contribute to our success. Some travel is required.

Research Associate (Client Focus)
This individual will be responsible for quantitative analysis of clients’ investment structures and portfolios using a variety of sophisticated software and analytical techniques. Duties include monthly and quarterly client reports as well as a variety of special projects. The ideal candidate for this position has very strong analytical and computer skills and is able to easily integrate new and complicated concepts into a meaningful work product. The position involves assisting clients with preparation of their investment policy statements, development of an asset allocation plan, evaluation and assistance in the selection of investment managers and reviewing quarterly investment performance.

Research Associate (Manager Focus)
This individual will perform on-site due diligence meetings with investment managers as needed to learn about their organization and investment process, maintain running files for managers, and write detailed analysis of managers’ investment process and results. FIA evaluates managers on a wide range of criteria and assigns appropriate benchmarks and universes to each manager. Factors evaluated include manager process, investment style, portfolio market capitalization and consistency for equity managers. Fixed income managers are evaluated on their process, portfolio duration and composition. The ideal candidate will have some experience in Manager Due Diligence and will have an MBA/CFA.

Performance Analyst
This individual supports the consulting practice by providing investment performance measurement and evaluation services to our clients. Our consultants and research associates use the performance reports to analyze the asset allocation and total returns of various investment managers, and to provide information on the investment strategy applied to the fund. The reports assist our clients in making decisions about their management structures. The position involves preparing the investment reports with the data obtained from custodians, investment managers, client statements and other resources. The performance analyst will track account activity and use sophisticated software programs to calculate performance on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree in a business-oriented major or a demonstrated interest in investments, solid analytical and quantitative skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Client Service Associate
This individual will render a variety of customer services to clients through application of knowledge of our organization and its services. Ideal candidates will pride themselves on their professionalism, and should be outgoing and personable.  Requires computer proficiency in internet and MS Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Access) and good telephone and customer service skills. Must have the ability to work under pressure within deadlines, make appropriate decisions within guidelines, have the ability to work independently as required, and be a self-motivated, positive and cooperative team player.
