Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC seeks highly motivated individuals to join our growing team in the role of research analyst / associate consultant on our allocation team. This role is critical to the company’s mission of delivering investment consulting services of the highest quality to its clients. This individual will work closely with consultants to support a group of clients with the intent of transitioning into a consulting role. The position is comprised of responsibilities traditionally allocated to both consultants and research associates until full time consulting status is achieved.  The responsibilities may include managing client specific projects such as investment manager searches, investment structure reviews, asset allocation studies, overseeing the performance monitoring process and other ad hoc requests. The position involves periodic client and investment manager contact. This position requires an individual with a client service orientation, strong analytical, written and oral communication skills, an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and a desire to interact with clients and other investment professionals. The position has excellent growth potential and provides an opportunity to immediately contribute to our success. Some travel is required.

Required Skills:

  • 3-10 years’ experience in the endowment and retirement plan marketplace
  • Knowledge of investment markets
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including solid computer skills
  • Experience presenting to groups (either small or large)
  • The ability to work independently and to proactively seek out new responsibilities
  • Solid interpersonal skills & adept at working well with other employees
  • MBA/CFA (or in process) and/or prior consulting or investment management experience is preferred
