Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC seeks highly motivated individuals to join our growing team in the role of Marketing Manager. This position involves oversight of the marketing team and RFP process as well as managing the online (web, email, social media) marketing related activities.  This position would involve an active role in creating, recommending and implementing marketing programs and campaigns for new and existing products in all target geographies. This position requires an individual with an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and a desire to interact with other investment professionals. The position has excellent growth potential and provides an opportunity to immediately contribute to our success. The position will be based out of Windsor CT.

Required Skills:

  • 5 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of investment markets preferred
  • Solid computer skills
  • Management experience a plus
  • Strong competence in social media
  • The ability to work independently and to proactively seek out new responsibilities
  • Solid interpersonal skills & adept at working well with other employees
