Windsor, CT – April 29, 2019 – Fiduciary Investment Advisors (“FIA”) has taken steps to enhance its employee communication and education services within its growing defined contribution business.
In order to continue to provide focused consulting services to their expanding client base, FIA has hired Frank Locatell, CFP®, as a Financial Educator. Frank has more than 30 years of experience as a financial educator providing services to both public and private companies.

We want to be regarded as a great resource that employers can lean on in their efforts to communicate to and educate their workforce. In this role, Frank will bring his years of experience and perspective on participant communication and education. He will help to redesign all of FIA’s programs and materials in this area and help enhance FIA’s offering in the participant services space.
Frank holds an M.B.A in Accounting and Finance from Marist College and a B.A. in Communications from Syracuse University. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional.
